Yoga Caravan is first and foremost a community of unique individuals who love to travel and practice yoga at all levels, from beginners to yoga regulars.  We create adventurous trips where you can unroll your mat, let go, and fully experience the beautiful place you're in.  


Every Yoga Caravan adventure integrates the culture and natural landscape we visit into the experience. We seek out regions of the world that are lush with natural beauty and biological diversity. Each place we stay values environmental responsibility and chooses sustainable practices whenever possible.

We practice yoga twice daily! Mornings often start with a meditation leading into a Vinyasa flow practice. These classes are designed to be open level. There will be offerings to both spice up and modify the flow. The evening classes will frequently have a special focus. Some evenings may include a restorative or yin class; other nights we will offer more detailed instruction breaking down something like inversions, back bends, pranayama, etc.

We take our playful thirst for adventure and exploration off the mat as well! Every caravan offers daily excursions. Some of the adventures available include: surfing, waterfall rappelling, bouldering, zip-lining, sailing, hiking, swimming and hanging out at local beaches. All excursions are optional, some are included, and others are at an additional cost. Also within reach- botanical gardens, walking trails, local farms and beaches. Feel free to trade canyoning or surfing for a serene and quiet day to read or relax.
